It starts to get dark very late by now ( 23:30 ) but
I manage to make an nice images of M13. Comparing it
with the old version taken on with the SC1 webcam
one year ago there is a lot more to see. You can
compare them in the
Lx200 images gallery

Last night I targeted M63. It could be one of the
last real dark night for me before the summer session starts.
Lets hope the weather permits some more sessions the
next week.
April 16th I added some hardware images of my new mod SC3 ToUcam webcam. You can find it here.
February 2 As you migth have notice WWW.LX200GPS.NL is the new adres you can find my site on. I managed to get this domain name registerd and move the site content to a new provider. Don't forget to update the link in you favorites ! ;)
January 19 I updated my site with some content. Check my 360 Starry Night panorama of my garden in the articles menu if you haven't seen it yet, I found a new weather satelite animation for Europian readers , and if you interssed in the Meade DSI check this review at Cloudy Nights it give a very good impression about it's potentials. ( I had no time to write one myself yet ;) )
btw: How do you like my new LX200 setup with my guiding scope. It's a skylux D70L700 "LIDL" supermaket refractor but having a second look it's a Meade ( Bresser ) with a SKYLUX stamp on it.. I got it for 60 euros and it's better that I hoped.. Gonna use it as a guiding scope with my webcam. Plan to make a little article about it as soon iv'e got it to work..
January 15: First result with my DSI. M1 crab nebular and the Horsehead nebular in Orion.. They are the first two images from my new Meade DSI. Both taken under "learning" conditions. Not bad for $299 ccd camera. more detail will follow.
